Let's go for a spring cleaning!

My skin is in direct contact with its environment, forced to adapt to each change of season.

If summer and winter are the most radical and trying periods for her, the off-seasons are the most difficult to manage, due to the ambient instability.
When it comes to Spring, it is not uncommon to go without transition from morning frosts to scorching solar radiation, then to sleet, icy winds and other hailstorms.

And my skin in all this? She no longer knows where she is.
Exhausted by the winter which has drained her vitality, dulled her complexion and thickened her skin (to protect her from the cold), she must react to the quarter turn in the face of a start to the season which is playing with its nerves. Needless to say, there are some misses. To help it gradually rebalance in the face of the climatic roller coaster, nothing beats ultra-gentle daily cleansing, which preserves the protective skin flora, while allowing it to oxygenate and regain its transparency, energy and radiance.

Our LES HUILETTES Program - Spring Cleaning.

- I remember to clean my skin well, nothing better than the double cleansing ritual with extra-gentle soap and CLEANSE cleanser. The extra gentle Les Huilettes soap perfectly respects my protective skin microbiota.
- I practice facial YOGA...
In the morning, I drain my tissues with light pressure on my temples, behind my ears at neck level and at the inner corner of my eyes at the level of the brow bone. Several times a day, I (gently) pinch my forehead, my cheekbones and my chin to boost collagen production and revitalize my tissues. In the evening, I massage my face from the inside out with CLEANSE, which slips between my pores to purify my epidermis, regenerate it and illuminate it.
- I add lemon juice to my daily liter and a half of water for top hydration and an ultra fresh complexion. I bite into seasonal delicacies without moderation to recharge my batteries with vitamins and strengthen my immunity before heading into the hot season. Kiwi, grapefruit, spinach, asparagus: some tasty weapons - among many others - at the start of spring.
- I certainly don't give up on my sports sessions which accelerate evacuation impurities accumulated during the cocooning season, if possible during the day and outdoors to stock up on vitamin D.
- I treat myself to a “home” facial sauna session
to push my toxins towards the exit and unclog my pores: a bowl of ultra hot water, a towel on the head and eyes tightly closed, that's it. I conclude with a toning face rinse with cold water.
-Once a week, focus on detox. A MASK on my face and a SCRUB on my body, to remove dead skin with extreme gentleness while providing my skin with a protective film.

Come on, let’s get started!
