Céline Nanot My intention is to help people feel good
We must activate several pillars: sleep, nutrition, physical activity, managing emotions and taking care of our skin.
For the skin, it's natural cosmetics and massages. I practice mainly on the face, but on the stomach as well. Contact with your skin allows you to explore your body, to discover it, to learn to love it and finally to reconnect with it, therefore with yourself! Before starting a facial massage, I listen to the person about their expectations, their aspirations, but above all I do an anchoring exercise, I observe and I focus on this question: "What is this skin? tell us ?". Our skin reflects many of our emotions. By reading the tensions of the muscles of the face, by observing its marks, its elasticity, we know where and how to massage. Of course, you have to master the technique to find the gesture that will make sense under your fingers. It is also necessary to create a favorable environment, a comfortable place, soft light, a relaxing background sound, soothing fragrances (oilettes!).
A facialist must enter into communication through her hands with a skin, a face, a body, to allow the person to exchange with herself without judgment, in the present moment, which often gives him real joy. After a massage, people feel good, they are more relaxed, lighter, more smiling, they often find themselves more beautiful too, they like themselves better! Often after a treatment, the person touches their face, like a kind of “hug” that they give themselves, whereas before the massage, they simply point to the parts of their face, without touching them.
Massaging your face is a gesture of conscious gratitude.
