Lisa Donnadieu, Yoga teacher Well-being, naturally
The regular practice of Yoga allows us to achieve a quality of listening and self-awareness. I become aware of every part of my body, my thoughts and my actions on the mat and beyond.
When we are lucky enough to be able to choose what we consume: which brands and producers do I support? I favor organic brands, vegan brands and small producers as much as possible.
I wear very little or no makeup, so my beauty routine is quite simple.
In the morning, I drink a big glass of warm water, I moisturize my skin, and I do some stretching.
In the evening, I drink a lemon and ginger herbal tea, I moisturize my skin and I massage.
My favorite product: mon Huilette Night!
I am sensitive to essential oils, and the floral blend of mon Huilette Night helps me relax deeply for a restful sleep.
A few words about my background: I started yoga in 2012 in New York after more than ten years of classical dance. I discover a dynamic practice in which I work with kindness. For four years I lived and practiced in New York, Portland and Melbourne exploring the many facets of yoga. I also train in India, the cradle of Yoga, during three long solo trips. I have been exploring balance and contortion since 2019 in a circus school. My classes are inspired by my experiences and my reading of the subtle and energetic body of each student. They are centered on the precision of the alignment associated with dynamic and fluid movements harmonized by the breath. I organize several retreats a year, in France and abroad, in order to offer immersive experiences where well-being naturally occupies a central place. I am delighted to introduce les Huilettes during our spa moments, a committed and natural brand.
The word Yoga means Union. To be united. To be connected.
