Alexandra, olive oil producer in Gordes

It is widely grown in Mediterranean countries, especially in the south of France.

Alexandra is a passionate oleologist, for whom the Olive is comparable to a great wine.
Formed in 2013 at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Montpellier in oleology, graduated in pruning olive trees and producing virgin olive oil in the Vaucluse, she is thus an expert in the field.

She likes to transmit, and accompanies farmers in a search for excellence and quality.
On her olive farm Les Callis in Gordes, you can even take part in olive oil tastings and training.
